◊ How do the EZ-123 lessons work?
• Simply make a video and tell us:
       1. How long you have been playing
       2. What bands or guitarists inspire you

       4. Then play your guitar for 1-2 minutes

• We will analyze your playing; we will send you a custom tailored lesson to download as a full screen movie along with a print ready Adobe PDF lesson plan

◊ What do I do after my first movie, how do I get my next lesson?
• When you are ready for your next lesson make us another short movie and upload it to us
• Play your guitar for 1-2 minutes and show us what you worked on from the previous lesson
• Ask your questions based on the previous lesson

◊ How long will it take before I get my first EZ-123 video lesson?
Upon receiving payment and your uploaded video for analysis, you will be sent a notification by email to download your lesson within 7 business days (Monday - Friday). Each subsequent pre-paid lesson thereafter will be ready to download within 7 business days (Monday - Friday) upon EZGTR receiving your uploaded videos and you will be sent a notification by email to download your lesson.

◊ Can I ask questions about my lessons?
• Yes, 1 question via email is included per lesson (both EZ-123 and "1 on 1" lesson plans). Unfortunately, due to the high volume of email and the production time needed to put your lesson plans together questions have to be limited to 1 per video lesson
• Please save your "Additional Questions" for your following movie submissions

◊ How do I make my movie?
You'll need to have a device that can capture digital movies—this could be a webcam, camcorder, digital camera, or even your cell phone! You copy the movies to your computer, and then you can either upload them as-is or edit them with software such as iMovie or Windows Movie Maker.

◊ What video file formats does EZGTR accept?
EZGTR accepts a wide range of video file formats such as .WMV, .WMA, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG transferred from most webcam's, digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones.

◊ Is there a file size limit?
400MB is the file size limit we accept. In general a short 3-4 minute movie would never exceed that many Megabytes but we give you some extra room to work with just in case.

◊ How do I upload my video?
After choosing how many "EZ-123" video lessons you would like we will send you a confirmation email with a special link to click which will take you to our yousendit.com dropbox. The link to the yousendit.com dropbox is also available from your personal ezgtr.com student page.

To upload your video, follow the steps below:

• Click the link which will take you to our yousendit.com dropbox
• Enter your name in the "Subject" field and any special instructions in the "Enter Message" field
• Click the Browse button and add your videos to "Upload" button. The video name will appear in the "Select a file" field
• Once you've added your video, click the "SEND IT" button

*Please note that it may take up to 90 minutes or longer for your videos to upload depending on your connection speed and how large the file size of the video is. Please be patient and do not close the browser window!

◊ What equipment do I need for "1on1" private lessons using webcam's?
• A High Speed (DSL or Cable) internet connection
• A reasonably fast PC or MAC with external speakers or built-in speakers
• A webcam (preferably a newer webcam with high resolution)
• A Headset/microphone or a webcam with a built-in microphone
• The first webcam lesson will have a few minutes included for set-up time and sound check
