What if I miss my "1on1" lesson?
You have 72 hours to notify us by email if you need to miss your lesson and reschedule. There are NO Makeup lessons. Please do not miss your lesson or be late. "1on1" lessons are treated just as hiring a private guitar teacher to teach you and this should be taken under consideration before applying for private lessons.

Upon completing the sign-up form for "1 on 1" Online Private Guitar Lessons.
• Please allow 1-2 days for processing (Monday-Friday) our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
• Once processed ezgtr.com will send you a conformation email and we work out a lesson time that is convenient for you.
• Once processed we will exchange Skype or Windows Live Messenger screen names via email.
• Please remember, student enrollment is on a limited basis and there may be a waiting list.

 

- ABOUT THE LESSON
• The lesson begins promptly on the half hour or hour of predetermined time, once weekly, on the day and time scheduled (in advance).
• PLEASE BE PROMPT and be ready waiting by the computer for instructor to "invite" you to join webcam session by chosen software application (Skype or Windows Live Messenger) and test for sound and picture quality before beginning the studies.
MISSED LESSONS ARE FORFEITED BY THE STUDENT.
• There are NO “MAKE-UP” lessons.

IF YOU ARE ILL: Get well fast and please make sure to notify the instructor by email no later than day of lesson.
• Any lesson missed DUE TO THE INSTRUCTOR'S ABSCENCE: Educators are occasionally absent for a variety of reasons, and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any/all missed lessons will be balanced out by a rescheduling of said lesson.
• CONSISTENCY is very important for both educator and student. So, please be faithful in committing to attendance and your studies.
• Working together will be the most rewarding if we:
a) understand your goals/musical desires - communication is very important and
b) dedicate our focus and energies together toward consistent, successful work.
• Progress is paramount and every lesson is invaluable.
• Absolutely, there will be many immediate benefits of the EZGTR learning/teaching system such as learning a chord change or how to play a recognizable part of a familiar song or any number of musical milestones but the key is sticking to it and enjoying the process.
• Just like any quality educational program, the real benefits of the EZGTR learning/teaching system will only be seen over a period of time.

- TUITION
• Lessons are "pre-paid" in blocks of 4 (four) 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions.
• Tuition is paid in advance per every "4 lessons" and due one week (7 calendar days) prior to the start of your next set of 4 lessons.
• Tuition is $25.00 U.S. p/half hour ($100.00 p/4 lessons) or $40.00 U.S. p/hour ($160.00 p/4 lessons).
• Tuition is paid by way of Paypal.
• Tuition includes 24/7 emailing of questions with a response within 24 hours.
• In the event that you are not completely 100% satisfied with your "1on1" Online Guitar Lessons we will give you your money back. No questions asked. Just fill out the refund form
• The "1on1" Money Back Guarantee applies only to any remaining monies that have been pre-paid and not used. For example, if you have taken 2 lessons and prepaid 4 lessons, you will be refunded for the 2 lessons that you have not taken.

- TERMINATION OF STUDENT/DELIQUNECY OF PAYMENT:
• Payment of tuition is due in full, on or before the last "pre-paid" session.
• Termination of the student is on the basis of non-payment and/or non-contact for 2 consecutive weeks, and is at the sole discretion of and determined on a case-by-case basis by the instructor, causing the student to forfeit his/her regularly-scheduled appointment time.
• Please plan now to give a one-month's courtesy notice before terminating lessons:
a) to insure proper closure and/or preparation, and
b) to show due consideration toward others (and the scheduling of a new student in your place).
